If you want to use your GPS tracker for your pet (e.g. cat or dog) we recommend the following settings. These are only suggestions, but using them as a guide will help you to get the most out of your pet tracker for your needs.

Account Settings
If you would like to receive regular fixed interval updates, independent of whether your pet is on the move, out of the house or lost, we recommend the Standard Data Plan. This plan is great for general pet monitoring and will generally result in better battery life. Please note that the Standard Data Plan allows for up to 6 location updates per day.
If you do not want to be limited to 6 location updates per day, or would like to receive increased updates when your pet leaves a specific area, we recommend the Unlimited Data Plan as it enables motion detection and has no location update restrictions.
Note: Neither plan allows for on-demand/real-time tracking. You can find out more about this here.
You can update your data plan here.

If you decide the Standard Data Plan is best for you then follow the steps directly below. If you have selected the Unlimited Data Plan skip to the tracker settings for that plan.
Fixed Interval Updates: Standard Data Plan settings
1. On the app go to Menu - select 'Tracker Settings'
2. Go to step 2 'Operation Mode', select 'Long Battery Mode'

Choose the the time interval that will be most suitable for you. Selecting a higher interval rate will result in better battery life.

3. Step 3/7 ‘Safe-zones' - enter your home Wi-Fi details
We recommend setting up a home Wi-Fi safe zone. This means that when your device is out of range of the home Wi-Fi, you will receive increased location updates. This is great for dog walks or if your pet unexpectedly leaves the house.
