There is no limit to the number of trackers you can have associated to a single account. 


To find out how you can track multiple devices with a single user account follow these simple steps: 


1. Login to your account on the LightBug Account Admin portal. Use the same login details that you use for the app or web portal. 



2. Select 'Add Device' 



3. In the pop up box enter the serial number of the device and click 'Add'



4. Check that the device appears in the 'Devices' list 


The device has now been added to your account. Repeat these steps to add additional trackers to your account. 


Note: 

  • If your account has multiple devices and you would like to see them all on one map, we recommend using https://lightbug.cloud for easier tracking.
