If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it on the LightBug Account Admin portal

1. On the homepage of the portal page click 'Forgotten Password?' 

2. Enter the email address associated with your LightBug account

3. Check your email for a password reset email from 'remotethings'. Open the email and click the link. 

4. By clicking the link you will be taken to a password reset page. Enter your new password, and  click 'Reset Password' 

Your password has now been reset. You can now sign back into the LightBug mobile or web app with your new password. 

If you did not receive the password reset email from email: 

  • Check your spam folder for the email 

  • Ensure that the email address entered is the correct email (the one you created your Lightbug account with) 

  • If none of the above has worked, and you are still unable to reset your password, get in touch with us!
