You can select a billing period of monthly, quarterly or yearly. Changing your billing period is easy: 


1. Login into your account on the LightBug Account Admin portal. Use the same login details that are used for the app or web portal. 



2. You will see your tracker(s) listed under 'Devices'. In the 'Subscription' column of the device you would like to update select the orange circular arrows icon. 



3. On the pop-up page, you will see a list of the plans with the billing periods. Select the plan with your new preferred billing period. 


4. The next popup page may appear asking you to enter you card details. Once entered, select 'Save'.


Your billing period has now been updated.


If you would like to update the billing period for other devices, repeat these steps.
